What is your Warranty Policy?
KLOPP Brand Coin Counters and Sorters have a 1-year Warranty. You can read the entire KLOPP Warranty Policy, just click HERE. Other brands that we are dealers of have varied warranties, so be sure to ask when you call.
What is your Return Policy?
Read the full Return Policy HERE. All exchanges and returns are at the discretion of KLOPP International, Inc. and MUST have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. All returns are subject to a restocking charge of 20%, unless due to our error. An RMA number must be obtained within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns accepted after 14 days. How often should I clean my Bill Cunter?
Money is dirty, and your bill counter can get very dirty if it’s not maintained regularly. We recommend blowing out the loose dirt and dust at least once a week, and then cleaning all the lenses and sensors with alcohol wipes. We also recommend sending your bill counter to us every 1-2 years for a deep clean to get all the dirt you can’t see.
