Kisan KD100 Cash Deposit System

The Kisan KD100 Cash Deposit System is designed to optimize your cash management operations in financial institutions, retail, QSR, grocery, and wholesale businesses.

Users can make an ordinary deposit of loose cash by placing up to 200 bills into the hopper, and pressing the START button. The bills are processed and held in the Escrow pocket, and the totals are displayed on the screen for the user to verify. Once verified, the user taps the DEPOSIT button and the bills are dropped into the storage safe. A receipt is printed and the KD100 is ready for the next user.

Users can also deposit cash using an envelope, up to 30 bills. This is especially useful if the bills are badly worn, or are rejected from an oridnary deposit. The user would tap the ENVELOPE button, and then enter the amounts of the deposit, then tap the print button to print a record of the deposit. The user then puts the receipt in the envelope and seals it, and places the envelope in the Escrow pocket, and taps the input button. The envelope is then pulled in and dropped into the storage safe

There is also a count mode where the user can verify the amount of the deposit by running the bills through and getting a total.

Managers can run end-of day reporting and use their key to access the bottom storage safe for preparing bank deposits. There is a locking plate that seals the canvas bag and allows it to be removed, and the Manager can then take it to the office and unlock it with their key.

The top of the KD100 is also locked, but can be opened with a key in case there is a jam, or for routine cleaning. Once opened, the top of the KD100 does not provide any access to the Safe area in the bottom of the machine.
